What did we do?

We delivered a comprehensive media training workshop for Buckmore Park Driver Development Programme, covering everything from building an effective social media strategy to handling the pressure of post-race interviews. The session started with an interactive workshop where drivers learned how to create content pillars, measure engagement metrics, and understand the importance of authentic media relations

The afternoon moved onto the track, where drivers put theory into practice. After their sessions, each driver participated in 1:1 interviews in the Buckmore media pen, giving them real-world experience in delivering post-race debriefs on camera. We covered essential skills like maintaining confident body language, how to structure responses and avoiding common pitfalls.

The training equipped drivers with practical tools they can use throughout their racing careers, whether that's creating content that resonates or nailing an interview when the pressure's on.
