Media Training

We prepare racing drivers for press days, interviews and camera appearances with practical, motorsport-specific one-to-one media training, from karting to Formula 1.

There is always a camera, a live mic or someone ready to screenshot a moment taken out of context. Knowing what to say, and just as importantly what not to say, is one of the most underestimated skills in a driver's toolkit. Between post-race interviews, sponsor commitments and social media, the way a driver communicates shapes how teams, partners and fans perceive them, often before they have had time to think about it.

Build camera confidence, interview skills and a personal brand that supports your career on and off track with our specialist media training for racing drivers. Sessions cover interview technique, camera confidence, sponsor messaging, personal brand and how to handle high-pressure moments.

Why trust us

Our team has worked with some of the world's leading drivers, building the communication foundations that helped them attract sponsorship, secure team alliances and grow a global fan base that values their authenticity. Those drivers have gone on to become brand ambassadors, live sport commentators and a Formula 1 World Champion.

What we offer

Our media training is practical, motorsport-specific and tailored to the individual. We help drivers move beyond flat, forgettable answers and develop the tools to speak with confidence, authenticity and purpose.

Whether you are stepping up through the junior ladder, preparing for your first media commitments or looking to sharpen the skills you already have, our training meets you where you are. Sessions can be used to build on existing experience, fine-tune your confidence ahead of a new season or work through the communication challenges that follow a particularly difficult one. We also work with parents and team managers who want to better understand the media landscape and feel more equipped to support their drivers within it.

A safe space to learn

We create a friendly, low-pressure environment where drivers can make mistakes, try things out and improve without judgment. Sessions are shaped around the real situations drivers face across race weekends, sponsor events and public appearances, so the learning is grounded, relevant and immediately useful. We would rather you get it wrong with us than in front of a paddock full of cameras.

What media training includes

Our sessions cover the key areas that help drivers communicate professionally at every stage of their career.
